Heyad Fakhri Ismael All Mustafa Khalil is an accomplished Iraqi Otolaryngologist with nearly 39 years of experience in the medical field. Born on April 1, 1960, he has been the Chief of the ENT Department at Ajman Specialty General Hospital, UAE, since March 2008. Dr. Heyad’s professional qualifications are extensive, including a Fellowship of the European Board of Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery (E.B.E.ORL-HNS) obtained in 2013, and a Fellowship from the Iraqi Commission for Medical Specialization (F.I.C.M.S) awarded in 1999. He earned his M.B.Ch.B. from the College of Medicine Al-Mustansiriya University in 1985.
